This is my breakfast, it took 2 mins to make yet is filled with amazing super foods to fuel you until lunch! A bed of organic super greens, home grown sprouts, sauerkraut, 2 organic eggs and avocado. I used a few splashes of white balsamic on the greens and a dash of hot sauce on the eggs along with celtic sea salt and pepper. It is so delish you will never go back to thinking about cereal and toast for breakfast! Think power foods to be powerful!! Try it and let me know if you don't become addicted too!
